We have also lived in creative housing more than once and are adaptable to many things, within reason. Simplicity/ease is priority as I serve more than my own family.

This container requires full participation during the immersion phase. Adults agree to follow detox rhythm and food standards- and model the highs and lows to their children. Children are supported through gentle leadership. Grocery budget and food sourcing standards are agreed upon in advance.

Emotional maturity, unified adult leadership and respect for household boundaries are essential. This is a lived integration experience, not casual consultation.

This is a ninety day Spring Renewal container offered once per year. Approximately seventy five days are active immersion, with brief settling periods before and after.

Housing is provided in a private two to three bedroom ohana. In exchange, I provide structured regenerative care, daily or weekly integration support, detox guidance, kitchen refinement, grocery mentorship, emotional clarity support and on call assistance during the immersion phase.

Clear agreements, boundaries and expectations are outlined in advance. An equalized interview process ensures alignment for both families.

This immersion is designed as a concentrated seasonal renewal. Offering it once per year preserves the integrity of the container, the depth of presence required, and the energetic focus necessary for true lifestyle transfer. The Spring Renewal allows one household or individual to receive full attention while maintaining stability for my own family. It is selective by design and aligned by interview.

This is not remote guidance layered on top of an unchanged environment. It is lived integration inside your home. I enter your daily rhythm and transfer the Art of Detox through embodied practice, planning, kitchen revitalization, food preparation, refined rhythms, circadian honoring and moment to moment recalibration amidst cleansing experiences that arise organically or as we choose to initiate more detox. You are not receiving information. You are building a new household standard, learning and living physiological health care in daily and urgent situations, and transferring it to your children as a health legacy fit for Heaven on Earth.

Over ninety days, families and individuals can expect a restored home rhythm, clearer food structure with different rhythms from Mom, improved digestive and elimination patterns, resolution of some concerns, emotional clarity, strengthened maternal leadership and a sustainable understanding of how to maintain detox circadian long term. Children gain confidence through lived modeling alongside my own keiki. Adults develop self accountability through the Zero to Fasting logical re-frame, daily structure and real time support.

This immersion reshapes environment, language, nourishment, rhythms and leadership simultaneously so the changes remain integrated after the container closes.

And Mom has an entirely new approach to advanced cellular health care in her home- to manage nearly everything according to nature.

This container requires clearly defined household leadership and mutual respect. My authority within my own family remains intact and non negotiable. Parenting, discipline and internal family standards are not open to outside input. Though friendship with the host family is ideal and part of the immersion for my own family, strong boundaries for the initial month are required to set a professional stage simultaneously.

Privacy during developmental growth phases is respected.

During immersion, detox related decisions, kitchen standards and rhythm adjustments are upheld without negotiation once agreed upon. Clear communication, emotional maturity and solution oriented engagement are expected from all adults involved. Written agreements outlining expectations, privacy and structure are established prior to arrival to ensure stability for both households.

This immersion thrives when boundaries are honored and leadership is unified.

For property owners holding a larger wellness vision, this immersion can function as an incubator. If a private ohana is available separate from the main activity of the land, the space can support a clinic oriented or retreat aligned extension of the work while maintaining family privacy.

My presence uplifts land projects rooted in regenerative living, keiki centered wellness, family retreat experiences, preconception and postpartum support and the early stages of a keiki detox clinic model in Hawai‘i. The immersion can serve as foundational infrastructure for future offerings, staff training, community visibility or program development within the greater vision of the land.

Housing is exchanged equally for services during the ninety day immersion. In most aligned arrangements, there is no additional professional fee beyond the housing agreement.

Groceries have often naturally been shared at the cost of the host family, as many meals are prepared collaboratively or in service of the household’s detox rhythm- and with bulk ingredients rendering most effective for the changes being made. This is not required and specific food sourcing standards and grocery structure are discussed and agreed upon prior to immersion.

In addition to housing and groceries, families can expect a per person investment ranging from $150 to $500 depending on the depth of detoxification desired for each family member. This covers specialized enzymes, therapeutic supports and regenerative materials selected for the immersion phase.

Individuals entering a private immersion container are not expected to share grocery costs. They typically benefit from a deeper and more concentrated detox experience and can expect to invest approximately $1000 in regenerative detoxification supports during the container.
